In terms of establishment, Kazan Federal University is not only the oldest of all but recently in the year 2014; Kazan Federal University celebrated its 210th anniversary.  By the dint of sheer hard work of distinguished graduates and scholars, Federal University of Kazan has earned international fame, globally.

               Geographically speaking, the culture of Kazan Federal University had contributed a lot for shaping and developing the Kazan and Volga region of Russia. This long drawn out uniqueness has led to possession of University’s new federal status in 2010 which devises Federal University of Kazan for newly emerged challenges that calls for rising approaches for the rapidly changing world.
